    Always non-refundable once paid.
  • Completed Documents:
    No returns accepted, but errors caused by us will be corrected for free.

Full Refund & Returns Policy – Wisconsin Apostille Agent

Effective Date: August 13, 2025

At Wisconsin Apostille Agent, we strive to provide accurate, efficient, and professional apostille and notarization services. Because our work involves government fees, processing timelines, and customized handling of your specific documents, certain restrictions apply to refunds and returns.


1. Service Fees

All service fees cover the time, expertise, and administrative work involved in preparing, processing, and submitting your documents. These fees are non-refundable once we have begun processing your order.


2. Refund Eligibility

A partial or full refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Your order is canceled before we begin document processing or incur government fees.
  • We are unable to complete your service due to an error on our part.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You provide incorrect or incomplete documents.
  • Your documents are rejected by a government agency due to reasons outside of our control (e.g., pre-existing errors, lack of required supporting documentation).
  • You change your mind after work has begun or after fees have been paid to government agencies, couriers, or translators.

3. Government & Courier Fees

Government filing fees, U.S. Department of State fees, Secretary of State fees, embassy/consulate fees, courier/shipping costs, and translation services are non-refundable once paid.


4. Returns of Completed Documents

Since apostille and notarization involve original documents, we cannot accept returns once completed and delivered. If there is an error caused by us, we will correct it at no additional charge.


5. Cancellations

To cancel an order, you must notify us in writing via email at [Your Email Address] before processing begins. Please include your name, order number, and service type.


6. Turnaround Times

All estimated processing times are based on normal conditions. Delays caused by government agencies, couriers, or other third parties are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.
