Welcome to Wisconsin Apostille Agent. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Wisconsin Apostille Agent provides apostille, document authentication, notarization, translation, and related courier services for personal, business, and legal documents. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state to use our services. By submitting documents, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents you provide are complete, accurate, and lawful. Wisconsin Apostille Agent is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.

4. Processing Times

All timeframes are estimates and subject to delays by government agencies, consulates, couriers, or other third parties. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

5. Fees & Payments

All service fees must be paid in full before processing begins. Government fees, embassy/consulate fees, translation fees, and courier/shipping costs are separate and non-refundable once paid.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund policy is outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy. No refunds will be issued once processing has begun, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to our error.

7. Document Handling

We handle your documents with the highest level of care. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by shipping carriers, government agencies, or other third parties. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wisconsin Apostille Agent’s liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the services in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. No Legal Advice

All services are provided for administrative assistance only. We do not provide legal, immigration, or tax advice. Please consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
